Tutoring:

The tutoring program that has been set up in Srishti assigns each student a Tutor. Tutors look after the academic and professional development aspects of their students' time in Srishti. This relationship can include providing advice on course selection, possible career aspirations and how to get there, professional documents, and portfolio or reflective log/journal development. Tutors monitor academic progress, and provide continuity across students’ academic career: to put in context the complete student experience. They are the primary source of information for all aspects of student support. Tutors can also refer students to specific wellness or learning support staff.

Tutor meetings are formal and regular with specific days of the calendar allotted for it. The minutes of each meeting is recorded in an online Tutee Information System so we can follow up if required.
