FOUNDATION STUDIES PROGRAM(FSP) : All completed applications and documents are to reach the Srishti Office by 5th April 2012
PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAM (PDP) : All completed applications and documents are to reach the Srishti Office by 10th June 2012
ADVANCED DIPLOMA PROGRAM (ADP) : All completed applications and documents are to reach the Srishti Office by 31st May 2012. All applications are encouraged to be in by May 31st. Applications received after May 31st will be considered depending on the availability of seats into the desired program. We have a rolling admission policy and while we accept your application one week before classes start, you will need to keep in mind the constraints determined by your geographical location and circumstances.
The semester for the Advanced Diploma Program starts on July 6, 2012. There is a second enrollment date in September 2012 for applicants to only certain pathways and projects. The semester for the second enrollment starts on September 12, 2012.
Documents and other Requirements
For us to process your application, you must mail the following documents to the above address.
- Copies of relevant mark sheets (Copy of 10th grade mark sheet for students who are appearing for their 12th grade exam in March / April 2012 and 12th grade mark sheet or other qualifying exam mark sheet for others). Advanced Diploma Candidates are to enclose their last qualification certificates.
- 2 recent color passport sized photographs
- A demand draft for Rs.2500 with your name written clearly on the reverse
- Download the Reference Form

The demand draft of Rs.2500 is to be made in favor of "Srishti" payable at Bangalore. Foreign Nationals, please email tara_r(at)srishti(dot)ac(dot)in for instructions on how to make alternate payment arrangements.
