Filling in this series of 4 forms will take you between 20 minutes to an hour. Please read through the guidelines to check for eligibility to the program that you wish to apply for.
Before you apply, make sure you have
- Contact details of two references
- A Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.2500 in favour of "Srishti" payable at Bangalore
Try to fill in all fields, but remember that the ones in bold are mandatory. You cannot proceed without entering these fields.
Once you have applied, you will need to mail copies of your marksheets (Copy of 10th grade marksheet for students who are appearing for their 12th grade exam in March / April 2012 and 12th grade marksheet or other qualifying exam marksheet for others), 2 recent color passport sized photographs and the demand draft. FOUNDATION STUDIES PROGRAM(FSP) :
Your completed application along with copies of your marksheets, photographs and demand draft should reach the Srishti office before 5th April 2012. Receipt of completed applications for FSP is closed
PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAM (PDP) :
Your completed application along with copies of your marksheets, photographs and demand draft should reach the Srishti office before June 10, 2012.
ADVANCED DIPLOMA PROGRAM (ADP) :
Your completed application along with copies of your marksheets, photographs and demand draft should reach the Srishti office before May 31, 2012. All applications are encouraged to be in by May 31st. Applications received after May 31st will be considered depending on the availability of seats into the desired program.
We have a rolling admission policy and while we accept your application one week before classes start, you will need to keep in mind the constraints determined by your geographical location and circumstances.
The semester for the Advanced Diploma Program starts on July 6, 2012. There is a second enrollment date in September 2012 for applicants to only certain pathways and projects. The semester for the second enrollment starts on September 12, 2012.
