Srishti students win the award for "Best Newcomer" at the prestigious CMS VATAVARAN International Film Festival

Srishti students, Harsimran Anand and Siddharth Govindan receiving the award for "Best Newcomer" for the film "Pakkhe nu chhadnu nai" (My nomad soul) at the prestigious CMS VATAVARAN international wildlife & environment film festival 2015. The jury was chaired by noted filmmaker, Shri. Amol Palekar.

The island, created by students and artists, is made of plastic and other waste. Close to 500-600 kilos of discarded bottles were used for this.
