Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology recognizes and values the diversity of backgrounds among its students, faculty and staff. At Srishti, we acknowledge that persons with learning, psychological, physiological or neurological concerns can realize their potential in college and in life. To this end, we endeavour to provide appropriate support and make learning and work accessible to the entire Srishti community.
The Wellness Team at Srishti includes learning and disability support consultants, experienced and professionally qualified counsellors, an art therapist and a qualified medical practitioner. We also have two sick bays with trained nurses.

How is it provided?
Consultations within Srishti are free and provided by:
- Referrals by appointment
Srishti community has a choice of a range of therapeutic options:
- Individual sessions
- Group sessions
- Telephone interactions/counselling
Confidentiality is guaranteed within legal and ethical guidelines.
Referrals to certified medical practitioners and/or specialists are recommended to assess physical health concerns, cognitive or attention needs, personality changes, neurological concerns, etc, as and when indicated.
Special needs/disability accommodations are provided where appropriate medical documentation has been submitted.
Disclosure of specific needs at the time of admission will ensure appropriate support and thus is strongly recommended.
