Programmer Analyst

Role Summary:

The Programmer/Analyst will design, program, and document medium-scale projects in support of Srishti’s operations. This position will support ongoing operations, ensure process improvement and promotion of new tools and techniques. Additionally, this position will develop and maintain reports, and participate in general system enhancement.

Job Responsibilities:

Typically develop and maintain applications, content management systems and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems.

  • Integration of front-end UI with server-side logic
  • Coding reusable blocks preferably in JAVA / ASP/ PHP
  • Developing scalable application for future extensions
  • Multi-level security and data protection
  • Implementation of data storage solutions designed by team (MySQL/Oracle)

Job Duties:

  • Identify and understand service requirements.
  • Translate project requirements in code; entering coded information into the computer.
  • Confirm program operation by conducting tests; modify program sequence and/or codes.
  • Write and maintain user documentation; maintain a help desk.
  • Maintain computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
  • Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Software Development Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to integrate designs into a content management system.
  • Ability to create code that is standards-compliant.
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility testing.
  • Experience with web graphic design.

Administrative assistants will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist faculty and students through a range of tasks related to organization and communication. Workshop Technician/ Supervisor
