The Srishti IT Support provides computing support services to undergraduate and graduate students, on campus. It is also a distribution center for supported software to any person in the Srishti system. IT Support are walk-in support service facilities located in each of our 3 campus buildings.
Support includes diagnostics and remediation of issues related to performance and connectivity for supported operating systems and software. To limit risk of voiding vendor specific support contracts, the IT team provides limited support for hardware related issues. These issues, if not supported by our team, are referred to the appropriate vendor or to a 3rd party service provider.
