Library & Knowledge Management:
Srishti’s Library which provides students access to over 15000 documents, online journal subscription like JSTOR and non book materials. The library collection comprises literature pertaining to Art, Design, Film & Photography, Social Sciences and other vast areas. The library collection policy is mainly mandated by Institution's teaching and research objectives.
Srishti offers all its students and faculty an Internal Resource Base currently called “Cantadora”. Cantadora in Spanish means “The keeper and distributor of stories in the folk tradition”. This repository is a path way to organized resources, collected over the last few years, comprising of over 130, 000+ categorised ebooks, 5500+ videos, Journals/ Magazines, Audio resources and Web archives reachable in multiple ways.
The Srishti IT Support provides computing support services to undergraduate and graduate students, on campus. It is also a distribution center for supported software to any person in the Srishti system. IT Support are walk-in support service facilities located in each of our 4 campus buildings.
Support includes diagnostics and remediation of issues related to performance and connectivity for supported operating systems and software. To limit risk of voiding vendor specific support contracts, the IT team provides limited support for hardware related issues. These issues, if not supported by our team, are referred to the appropriate vendor or to a 3rd party service provider.
Wi-fi facilities with high-speed internet capacity is available at all the campuses of Srishti.
